Erico Schick is a renowned Argentine musician, recording engineer, and audiovisual artist. As the director and founder of Chaira, his professional career is characterized by his unwavering passion and commitment to musical innovation. He leads the INCLAN group, with which he has participated in prestigious festivals in Mexico, Brazil, and England. In 2016, he founded and directs El Establo Recording Studio, where he has conducted recordings and produced albums for recognized artists such as Hilda Lizarazu, Mike Amigorena, Cuban Beats All Stars, Magdalena Fleitas, Gativideo, among others.His artistic versatility extends to creating sound design and composing music for contemporary dance works. Additionally, he has overseen post-production, sound design, and original music for over 200 radio and television commercials. In the theatrical realm, he directs the Omnidirectional spectacle, which blends pop music with contemporary dance. He also promotes experimental sonic improvisation performances under the name Sesiones Subterraneas Sonoras, utilizing advanced technologies such as modular synthesizers and processing live sound objects through wireless headphones.

Andrés Drimer is an outstanding Argentine musician, composer, producer, and programmer. Founder and director of Chaira Música, Drimer combines his passion for music with his fascination for technology. He founded and has been directing for the past 10 years El Abrazo Cumbiero, an emerging cumbia platform with which he has already received 3 international Ibermúsicas awards. He directed the cumbia group Luz Buena and his personal project of Tango, and he also participated in rock, pop, Argentine folk, jazz, and Cuban son ensembles, contributing to his marked musical eclecticism. With extensive experience in creating soundtracks for audiovisual media, Drimer has consolidated his position as a versatile artist. Currently, he is focused on fusing his passion for programming with his love for music, exploring the field of generative music through sound synthesis based on natural elements.
